1. What is the Premium Shop?
The Premium Shop is one of two shops in Mabinogi where players can purchase premium
services and other items with Nexon Cash to enhance your game experience. Currently,
there are Premium Services, Character Cards and Animal Character Cards are available
for purchase. More items will be added in the future for purchase.
2. What can I buy in the Premium Shop?
Currently, there are three categories of items available in the Premium Shop: Premium Services, Character Cards and Animal Character Cards.
Guilds, Bags, Experience, Housing, FREE stuff, and much, much more—all included in the Mabinogi Premium Service.
With Character Cards, you will be able to make extra characters or ‘rebirth’ your current characters to change their appearance and age while
keeping their skills. With basic cards, you will keep the looks of your character after rebirth. A premium character card will allow you to change
the looks and gender of your character and sometimes give you a special bonus, depending on promotion periods
With Animal Character Cards, you will be able to create animal characters as your pets. You will be able to summon the pets you own or play as the pets. New pets
with different looks and abilities are added to Premium Shop constantly, so stay tuned!!
In Premium Shop, if you click on the item image, you will be able to see the detail information of each item.
3. How do I access the Premium Shop?
The Premium Shop can be accessed from the official website or from in-game.
Official Website:
Click on 'Premium Shop' under the 'Shop' section of website's main menu. You must be logged in first to purchase any items.
In Game:
Bring up the ‘System Menu’ by clicking on the Celtic logo located at the bottom left or by pressing the ‘Windows’ key on your keyboard.
Next, click on the ‘Premium Shop’ button. It will bring up a separate window of the Premium Shop. You will be automatically logged in when you access
the Premium Shop from the game.
4. How do I buy items from the Premium Shop?
Please note that you must be logged in to purchase any item on the website. You do not have to login again if you are accessing the Premium Shop from the game.
In the Premium Shop menu, click on 'Buy Now' button located below the item image of your choice to purchase the item with default settings. Default setting for Premium
Services is 30 days and default setting for Character Cards is one card.
In Premium Shop Menu:
Notice the detail information of each item, you may change the duration of premium service between 1 day and 30 days or change the amount of character cards between
1 card and 5 cards. Click on 'Buy It Now' button to make a purchase after the setting has been chosen.
In Detail Information Page:
A window will pop up with the information of item you are purchasing. Please make sure the information displayed is correct and click on 'Checkout' button to finalize
the purchase.
After a successful purchase, you will see a screen confirming your purchase.
